AI Document WorkspaceInvite-only beta
Ramet
Upload once. Grow a better version for every target.
Ramet turns the resume you already have into a structured, editable document, then grows it into arms — one per job post — that live together in one tree. Every suggestion says why. None invents a fact.
PDF or DOCX in, your format out
Every change is a tracked suggestion
No claim without a confirmed fact
resume_final_v3_REAL.docx is not a system.
One document, many audiences
Every role deserves a tailored resume. Today that means duplicate files, hand edits, and losing track of which version went where. A new phone number has to be fixed in every copy.
AI chat breaks documents
Paste a resume into a chat assistant and you get plain text back. Layout and styling are gone, and a whole-document rewrite is hard to review line by line.
AI invents things
Unconstrained models add skills, inflate numbers, or adjust titles to mirror a job post. On a resume that is not a quality problem — it is a dishonesty problem that can cost you the job.
Builders make you start over
Most resume builders push you to re-enter everything into their template instead of improving the document you already have.
From one file to a tailored resume for every job.
- 1
Upload once
Drop in a PDF or DOCX. Ramet finds the sections and the facts, and you confirm them in one screen.
- 2
Add a target
Paste a job post or its link. Ramet reads the must-haves and shows which ones your resume backs up.
- 3
Review suggestions
Changes arrive as tracked changes, each with its reason. Accept, reject, or edit. Nothing changes on its own.
- 4
Export and remember
DOCX or PDF from the same source. Each export freezes a snapshot, so you always know what you sent.
Ramet rephrases your experience. It never invents it.
Chat assistants add skills you don’t have and stretch numbers to match a job post. Ramet keeps a ledger of your facts and checks every suggestion against it.
A ledger you confirm
Employers, titles, dates, degrees, certifications, and numbers. Unconfirmed facts stay out of suggestions.
Every claim traced
Each suggestion cites the fact or answer it rests on. Claims it can’t trace are dropped before you see them.
It asks, not guesses
Missing a requirement? Ramet asks whether you’ve done it. Your answer becomes a fact it can use.
Arms, not a folder of final versions.
One tree for every version
Branch an arm from the root or from any arm, to any depth. Each one knows its target, its last edit, and its last export. Fix a typo once and choose where it goes.
See what the job asks for
Each requirement links to the line that proves it — or to a question when nothing does.
Compare any two arms
Side by side, section by section. Sections keep stable IDs across arms, so you can copy one across in a click.
Your format, kept
A DOCX keeps its own styles, fonts, and spacing. A PDF gets the closest clean template. No rebuilding into someone else’s layout.
Yours alone
Your documents are never used to train models. Delete a document, an arm, or your whole account, and it’s gone.
Beyond resumes
Resumes are the launch wedge. The engine fits anything you keep in many tailored versions: cover letters, proposals, statements of purpose, bios.
Five terms. That’s the whole model.
- Root
- The original imported document — the source of truth for layout and facts.
- Arm
- A variant branched from the root or another arm, tailored to one target.
- Target
- What an arm aims at: a job post, a client brief, a program’s requirements, or a free-text goal.
- Suggestion
- An AI-proposed change, shown as a tracked change with a stated reason. Never applied silently.
- Snapshot
- A named, frozen point in an arm’s history — e.g. “Sent to Acme, 15 Oct”.
Questions, answered plainly.
- Will Ramet make things up about me?
- No. Suggestions can rephrase your confirmed facts, never add new ones. A claim that can’t be traced to a fact or one of your answers is dropped before you see it.
- Is my resume used to train AI models?
- No. Your documents are never used to train models. Delete a document, or your whole account, whenever you like; backups forget it within 30 days.
- What files can I upload?
- PDF with a text layer, and DOCX, up to 20 MB and 30 pages. Scanned PDFs come later.
- How do invites work?
- Join the waiting list with your email. People are let in a few at a time, and each gets an invite code by email.
- Does it beat applicant tracking systems?
- Ramet shows which requirements your resume gives evidence for. It doesn’t predict whether a tracking system will pass you, and it won’t pretend to.
- Why the name?
- In botany, a ramet (from Latin ramus, “branch”) is an independent offshoot of a parent plant, like a strawberry runner. Same origin, its own life — exactly what an arm is.
Your next application deserves its own arm.
